I had many bad experiences at this school and would not suggest anyone planning to attend.

My granddaughter is a 6th grade student at Parchment Middle and is failing math. The teacher and her counselor have not done anything to help her bring this grade up. They should be doing whatever it takes to make sure a student succeeds and they don't care if she fails. They don't return phone calls regarding this problem which tells me how little they care about their students. You are leaving her with a very poor impression of this school and your 6th grade math teacher. Therefore, she will not be attending this school next year, nor will her brother start kindergarten in any of your elementary schools. I can see now why Parchment Middle School is far below the national average in math and reading scores. You should be ashamed of calling yourselves a school where you can succeed and grow academically.

This is my second time around with children in Parchment, my oldest son graduated from here but my daughter graduated from Plainwell. She did not have a very good experience in Parchment Schools. my younger children have always been in Plainwell schools until 2 yrs ago and I want them back in Plainwell schools.

The principal Mrs. Patterson needs to be replaced. Zero leadership lots of parent vs principal

I have two kids that both qualified for Early Childhood Special Education and attended this school. I cannot speak highly enough of the teachers and principle here! They always keep me informed of what is happening and want my input as well. My kids have both progressed enormously and they also love going to school here. Every teacher, parent, and student I've worked with in relation to this school has been amazing. It is a wonderful school and community and I'm so grateful to have my kids attending this school system!
