Enter into a large tiled foyer opening into a over sized living room with pine ceiling. Next we enter a kitchen with granite counters and 3 stool island. This is open to a formal dining room that has french doors that lead out to a composite 16x20 deck that has steps leading to fenced in front yard, steps that lead out to the large backyard with your very own peach tree and gated walkout that leads to steps for the 21 ft above ground pool (liner is 2 years old). Let's head back inside to see the three previously mentioned rooms that have one year old, high traffic floors. Now lets check out the all season porch with 1/2 bath off the kitchen and yes washer & dryer hook ups. Now we are moving to the upstairs where we will find 4 bedrooms 1 full bath and a full walk up attic (has plywood & plank flooring). Now moving into the basement that has all cement flooring with 3 sub rooms off the main we use the small rooms for storage for Christmas/Halloween/Summer and the main area has the gym/workshop space for the husband. From the basement we enter one of the sub rooms that has the exit thru newly installed bilco doors that lead into the large backyard. Outside we will find in the front 4 car off street parking & 2 car off street parking on side of house. We live in quiet small development that is one street over from the Four Season Golf Course. Now this is the part that is more important to me than the description, why are we looking to sell. We currently have a mother in law that is going to require a bedroom on the first floor due to age. (we already had to have her live in the foyer due to fracture hip (thankfully it was large enough to put a hospital bed & portable potty & wheelchair) with still room to enter front door and go into the living area. So we are going to look into moving to a ranch or one floor house when she can no longer do the stairs.
