In 2018 the following updates were made: Remodeled kitchen (granite counter tops, built-in ovens, 5 burner gas cook-top, custom cabinets with large island, all new carpeting throughout the house, hardwood flooring installed in upper floor hallway and bonus room, replaced all windows with new double hung windows and a slider, newly painted kitchen and dinning room. 2020 added additional 50 gallon water tank and converted formal living room into a study with custom wood molding and double glass doors. 2021 second floor painted. 2022 new air conditioner and two new furnaces.

    "Everyone here has a dog, maybe multiple! The dog park is nice, and friendly and the apartment complexes are mostly pet friendly. We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs. "
