The large family room has a fireplace and is centered on the kitchen, the heart of the house. The kitchen has an large central island, an eat in dining area with a large window overlooking the backyard. There is ample parking in the two car garage, on a paved parking pad and in a detached outbuilding. The parking pad has overhead lighting and is adjacent to a covered entry way that accesses the mud room/laundry room. This is a great setup for changing out of a dirty uniform when coming home from work. This room also has direct access to the two car garage. The front door sits on a huge covered front porch off the family room and in the back is a large deck off of the kitchen/eating area that over looks the fire pit. The house has a 360 foot well in clean quartz sand with amazing water quality. With the well and septic all you pay is electric and gas (which is the gas range/stove).

Land: The property is more than 10 forested acres with the house sitting on a manicured grass acre in the middle. The house is hidden by a thick buffer of trees from the private road. There is a year round creek and abundant deer and turkey on the property. There is a community pond full of bass, bluegill and catfish just up the private road. The huge ringed fire pit in the middle of the manicured lawn is a great hangout area.
