Applicants must provide receipts of rent/mortgage payments for the past 12 months, proof of employment, as well as bank statement(s). Property is non-smoking, which means no smoking/vaping inside or outside. Dogs and cats welcome within city ordinance regulations - monthly pet rent of $35 per pet (breed restrictions may apply). Yard is not fenced. $5,385.00 per month gross monthly household income required. Credit and background checks required for all occupants 18 and older.
