Olympus Cove is one of my personal favorite neighborhoods here in SLC. Every turn you make there is yet another hidden Mid-Century gem of a home just waiting to be revived. It's extremely difficult to get your foot in the door on properties likes this as they are a HOT commodity. Lucky for you, we have this one just about ready to hit the market!

The property has received a MAJOR facelift as you can see here in our previous post. Just about everything is brand new, other than that sexy original fireplace rock, that is. Hardwood floors, flat panel wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, custom tile work, and the deck Oh that deck. One of the better views I have seen from the Cove to be honest. Views of Mt. Olympus and the Salt Lake valley make sitting on the back patios (yes there are two decks) a very pleasant experience.
