We are 17 miles north of Snow Canyon on highway 18 and 8 miles west of (before you reach) Pine Valley. Golfing at the Ledges is 19 miles and the beautiful Tuacahn Amphitheater is less than 23 miles. Also near Baker’s Damn, Veyo Swimming and Recreation Center, Gunlock State Park, amazing hiking trails and ATV trails.

When we looked for homes in Southern Utah in 2010 my husband insisted the realtor take us to see this home in Central even though it was a bit off the beaten path. There was something about it he loved. When we walked through the front door we KNEW we wanted this home. It is simply finished NICE! As you walk in there is something about the cool colors and style of the home that makes you want to stay. We have loved it! The home has only had two owners. It is away from the city life and set in the country town of Central. We hear the faint sound of horses, owls and other wild life, we see the occasional bunny, squirrel and deer wondering through our ½ acre yard. The beautiful view and spacious lots let you know this is a neighbor hood to relax in. One of my favorite things to do is take a walk through our up & down hilly neighborhood. You pass the occasional 4-wheeler and the small-town waving neighbor. Feels like you are on vacation 24 hours a day.
This 1754 square foot home on a .45 acre lot is a hidden GEM in Southern Utah. High ceilings, two bedrooms, two and a half bath, walk in pantry, ample closet and storage space, extra long garage.
