Fully renovated legal 4 family home located in the Ditmas / Kensington area of Brooklyn. The building is located right off of Cortelyou Avenue, with plenty of shops and restaurants as well as the Cortelyou Avenue Q train Station.

The building features 4 renovated apartments and 2 additional spaces which can be used for additional storage spaces in the basement. There is also a backyard.
Each of the apartments have solid wood flooring, plenty of natural light and air, porcelain tiled bathrooms and high end kitchen cabinets and appliances (The appliances in the kitchens were just upgraded to stainless steel except for apartment 1B). Each apartment has their own electric meter. There is no gas in the building as everything is through electricity. Heat is provided through base board heating and if tenants want A/C they can have the windowed A/C units. The hot water tank was changed approximately one year ago. One of the units have a Life Estate tenant in place. The other 3 residential apartments are rented at market rent:
