NOT IN A FLOOD ZONE! Great location for Tech and for the hospitals. Square footage on tax roll is incorrect. True 3/2/2. The master is huge and has a large walk in closet as well as a door to the backyard. Two eating areas. Separate utility room just off the kitchen. Recent HVAC. Owner's son lived in it for college and has since been rented for 1200 a month. Always stayed rented. Vacant now and ready to go! Curb appeal is great. Brick and vinyl siding.

I think when it comes to dismissal, depending on the situation, no matter if it’s close to the school getting released if a parent is needing their child immediately I think they should honor what the parent is requesting. Family emergencies come up and there is no way to control it just because you’re gonna be inconvenience for one minute should not affect the student or the students families.
