    "If you like nature and quiet this is the place. The roads are actually better up here in the winter than down in town. The residents are friendly but also give you plenty of privacy if you want it. It's a quick 30 minutes to Boulder or Golden, but far from the noise, traffic and crime. "

    "Safe and quiet. Only 30 minutes to Boulder or Louisville. Good main highway even in the winter. Lots of wildlife."

    "i used to live in the area. If you enjoy the great outdoors, this is the life. If you love to shop and feel like you are in civilization, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, the folks who buy or live in this area are mountain people with little money or desire to fix up their places or take care of the basics. I predict money will move in once the "mountain" types move on."
