"it's a very quaint neighborhood and we'll maintained neighborhood. I have visited this area several times and I'm always excited to visit"
  • Trulia User
"I see a lot of folx out walking their dogs. Most dogs are well secured in their yards, a few aren’t."
  • Trulia User
"There is a dog park but not a lot of grass along the sidewalks and sidewalks are thin and not the best maintained "
  • Rosajulie18
"I won’t let my kids go anywhere alone, there’s a lot of drug activities in the area. Haven’t had any problems so far, I’ve been here since September 2019, things have been pretty quit on my block."
  • Ktable11
"People aren’t as friendly and clean in Colorado in general or atleast where I live. People always dump in store parking lots. Berkeley has a homeless problem who are always digging inside trash and making a mess and the potholes here are insane and never get fixed. Dogs are always lose and parent don’t care about their kids who are always running around without being watched."
  • Amelia S.
"I know that there is a movie night in the summers at Berkeley Park. I’ve also heard that Sister Gardens does a farmers market style thing "
  • Nimbusbubbaboo
"There are good schools and a few parks nearby, some with a playground and a couple with lakes.Close to Lakeside amusement park and not too far from Water World. "
  • Nimbusbubbaboo
"Hardly any sidewalks and there are sometimes loose aggressive dogs in the neighborhood. There is the Clear Creek trail and it's good for dog walking but at the entrance at 55th place and Lowell Blvd.there are also people that let their dogs run loose.Snakes and coyote are in the area with more wildlife in the area too like skunks and raccoons and water fowl in a small refuge area with fishing ponds."
  • Kenyahdj12
"keeping kids and pets off the road can definitely be much safer for them. speed bumps doesn't stop people from driving fast. many pets have gotten ran over and kids can easily get kidnapped."
  • Kenyahdj12
"Dont move to Berkeley village mobile home trailers. The manager here won't let you sell your trailer at the price that you want. If you want to sell your trailer she'll buy it from you at a crappy price that SHE wants if not you'll have to move somewhere else with your mobile home."
  • Kenyahdj12
"Dogs are mostly free and can be pretty dangerous. They can attack kids and they've gotten ran over mostly."
  • Michelle K. M.
"I lived in north Denver for over 35+ years, and chose that place because of the cultural atmosphere; the close location to both I-25 and I-70 making it easy access; and grew up there as a child. Love the Rocky Mnt Park, Sloans Lake & Berkeley areas the most. I highly recommend this area, the Elementary schools are great; however private schools should be chosen for middle & high school."
  • tbohunk
"supper area great for college and very close to downtown"
  • babs3752
"Close to Regis University. Great for couples"
