This would make a great starter home. The apartment could be rented out since it has it's own electric meter. Ideal for plant workers, nurses, newlyweds, multifamily etc!

House and apartment share a water well. I have replaced just about everything on that well from the foot valve to the bladder! But, electricity has been off for 4 years. I believe city water is readily available, and house is on city sewer.

All property taxes are up to date. Deed is clear.
