Tranquil & Timeless This property Circa 1831 the Millhaus was completed as a residence for the grist mill located on the original Monocacy Creek. The foundations of the mill, the millrace, channel lock and a beautiful arched stone bridge remain. In 1880 the stone dining room and master bedroom was added and in 1931 the east and west clapboard & stucco additions were completed. In recent years the entire property has been meticulously updated and upgraded while preserving the historic nature of the old Millhaus. Frequent visitors to the property include: blue herons, red fox, deer, Canadian geese and many species of birds. This property is upgraded and ready for new history to be made.
