Room Description

Come live in the Noble Park neighborhood in North Boulder with beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors, and easy access by bike or car to what Boulder has to offer!

I have a large downstairs suite for rent. The private space has an open layout and includes space for bedroom, living room, office (or yoga/workout or such), and private full bathroom. The overall space is 700 square feet with 3 large windows. You'd have your own bathroom with shower and bath tub. Available furnished or unfurnished.

We'd share the kitchen, dining room, laundry, and outside patio & yard. Please no smoking.

Off street parking is available. Storage is available including for bikes, skis, etc.
It's a quiet street with no through traffic and friendly neighbors. There is great access to bike paths including ones into downtown Boulder for work, fun, and errands, as well as a scenic path in open space for recreation and relaxing.

My son and I live in our home. Our home is 3 levels and our bedrooms are upstairs so there is nice privacy between your basement suite and our space on the 2nd floor. We'd share space on the first floor.

Monthly rent is $1200. I recently reduced rent from $1300 to be more in line with current market rates and affordability.

Available to move in August 1st (or sooner if helpful).

No smoking. No pets. 1 year lease. Initial payment is a security deposit (equal to 1 month's rent) plus the first month's rent.

My son and I live in our home. I work in the sustainability field with three days a week at the office and two days at home. My son is 5 years old and is here 50% of the time. We love to be outside.
