Move in ready and perfect for remote working.

No smoking. No pets. No more then 6 tenants. Rental agreement required. A $300 security deposit, a one time $40 non-refundable insurance policy and a $300 cleaning fee are required in addition to the $3,000 monthly rent.

This is a fully furnished townhome with all kitchen and linen necessities. This home is perfect for remote working, a short-term work assignment or enjoying Moab on the off-season. Rental price includes all utilities.

Months available in 2025 for 28-31 day rental: January, February, July, August and December only.

A swimming pool and hot tub are located diagonally across the street from the home. Both are available as part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). Please note, the pool and hot tub are SEASONAL AND MAY BE CLOSED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOA FOR WEATHER AND MAINTENANCE and is not the responsibility of the homeowner. The pool closes annually November 1st and reopens annually President's Day weekend. The hot tub closes annually January 2nd and reopens annually for President's Day weekend. Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm and the access code is provided at time of renting. There is a printed map in the Guest Handbook if you need more specific directions.
