"Marion is a fairly safe town, grocery stores and small shops are within a short driving distance, lots of restaurants. Just keep a safe eye on your kids if you have any. While Marion seems like nice side of Cedar Rapids, I have seen in the news that other towns in Iowa and surrounding cities have experienced young women, college girls, teens, even kids gone missing. Always best to stay safe even in nice neighborhoods!"
  • Justin M.
"alot of houses have dogs so periodical barking is tolerated. everyone is super friendly to the neighborhood dogs"

"its brand new and has alot of parks near by. You can see the stars very clearly since its away from all the city lights. sometimes you can see satellites and shooting stars."
  • Bailey D.
"There aren't really any kids under 15 in my area, the neighbors are quite quiet. Maybe a total of 4 or 5 dogs, all of which are very friendly."
  • Krystal M.
"A sense of community, safe neighborhood with great schools close to shopping and local events such as art festivals; music festivals."
