This school is horrible. That is all I need to say, the amount of disrespect to my 14 year old son is ridiculous. Punishments for talking or standing up for what is right?! Unbelievable!!! This school needs serious improvement!!!

I'm a student at NMHS and in the past two weeks i've gotten three wrongful detentions. At detention, a girl needed to use the bathroom and was refused in spite of her begging, alongside refused the 'privilege' to call her mother. The staff are rude and don't treat children like human beings, instead treating us like particularly annoying dogs, and some of the teachers are less than apt for their profession, I've also seen a wild amount of favoritism, no one in office staff gets back to your emails, the counselors are overworked and I know at least two of my teachers use AI to write their lesson plans. This is coming from a less-than contumacious student who has never gotten detention in their life prior to this. The facilities are okay, but I would firmly say that everything else is horrible.

All 4 of my children attended ALE. The staff takes time to learn children by name. My children always felt safe and cared for.
