All windows are updated with custom blinds to ensure privacy. Attached two car garage, main floor laundry, 3 season sunroom with access to fenced in backyard. In the township, hens are allowed, there is a chicken coop available. Dogs and chickens allowed with extra fee. No Cats please. Special exceptions may be made. Proof in income/employment and credit check required. 1 year lease preferred but other options may be negotiable.

Tenants pay internet of choice (we have used comcast xfinity), AEP, Michigan Gas and water through the City of St Joseph. THIS HOME IS NON SMOKING. Any Smoking must be done outdoors. Any Pet damage will be taken out of deposit at time of move out. 1 year lease preferred but not required.

    "It is the best of all worlds. The traffic is comparatively light so it is easy to get around. I am close to major motorways with access to main city hubs, but at the same time I am within very close proximity of the beach, restaurants, shops and medical facilities. I can walk across the road to hairdressers, restaurants, and other service stores, and yet I can walk out in my back yard onto a large deck with a ravine. Everyone is friendly although gives you space and I feel very safe walking around. There is also an excellent school system around and one excellent University under 10 miles away. A great environment."
