"A tucked away corner next to Hermann park and the medical center. Lovely neighbors quiet atmosphere. Unfortunate bad roads. Eclectic mix of apartments, condos, attached and detached townhomes and a few older homes on big lots. Walking distance to Hermann park and short biking or drive to most popular spots in inner loop Houston "

"Pro: near hermann park which also contains a dog park. Also near levit green with walking trails. Con: incomplete sidewalks and some pet owners won’t lease their dogs"

"I've lived in this area for over three years. I moved seven blocks away and a couple of people that I just met helped to load the furniture into and out of the Uhaul truck. Beautiful homes and great neighbors. Safe area and I can walk on the sidewalks to buy groceries or to the convenience store for a Coca-Cola. "
