3b2.5b townhouse for rent, it's 10min drive to NCSU campus, 6min to Grand Asia Market. The house is built in April 2021 all apppliance are 5 years old, in house washer / dryer. AC compressor just changed in 2026. Master bedroom has its own standing shower with glass door.

I prefer to rent to a family / young professionals or NCSU students. Must pay 1 month deposit and has 3X rent as monthly income, good credit socore and pass background check on.
