I have for rent an attached to the main home rental unit (i.e. ADU)
Note: I do not own a lot of apartments or condos; this is a "mom and pop" small, single apartment ON A SHARED LOT.
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. It has a small kitchen and small livingroom. Utilities (gas, electricity, water) are included in the price (if used within normal limits). No stove, you can bring yours... There is no laundry on site. No parking on the driveway either.
Note: To get to 2nd bedroom you must pass through the first one.
The following will not be accepted / tolerated:
No pets
No smoking
No drugs
No history of evictions
No history of felonies
No illegal activities
No bankruptcies
No more than 4 people
-You must make at least 3 times the rental amount.
-You will need to provide proof of income (last 2 months)
- The last 2 months of bank statements
- Credit score of around 650.
Deposit will be 1800.
First and last month rent required.
If you meet the qualifications above then you're welcome to apply via zillow. Please keep in mind, these are not the only rules but they are the main ones.
Any falsifying of information will result in an automatic disqualification; please don't waste your time or mine. I will find out if you're being dishonest.
Looking for person(s)/small family who need a place to stay, can respect the property, don't cause drama/damage, are responsible and know how to live properly. It's private property and I determine the rules (which in all reality isnt even much to ask and all within the law). You will be on a shared lot and I will not tolerate any unnecessary issues. I am being straightforward so that there are no misunderstandings and nobody's time is wasted. You are renting and paying for a place to live peacefully, you will not be bothered as long as you're able to abide to the aforementioned.
If interested, review the requirements and then apply. There are literally thousands of people looking for a place to live, I do not plan on wasting my time showing the place to people who a - don't meet the requirements and b - don't even apply.
