We purchased the property in 1999 as our first home and have rented it to the same tenant since 2005 when we moved to a neighboring property with a larger home. Paved road, 10 minutes from downtown Willits. We are motivated to sell and travel the world. Appraised higher than asking price but some repairs are needed. Nothing Major.

Because of the budget of schools funding the principal is discouraged for suspending students for violent behavior, The 5th grade is grouped in to A- E categories depending on how "smart" they are witch every child knows their rank witch only encourages bulling.Parent Review8y ago
