The en-suite bathroom features a floating vanity, stunning dark counters and sink. Above you will find a backlit mirror. The shower features dark tiles and all matching hardware. Two bedrooms are located off the hallway which was widened during the renovation process. The typical tiny closets were reconfigured to create very open bedrooms. All homes in the Texas Tract come with an additional space off of the garage. In this home, the builder reconfigured the space to create a bedroom-sized room complete with a closet. The Texas Tract is known for single-story homes on large lots and this is no exception. The yard has privacy rarely enjoyed because no homes are at the same height or level which means no windows looking over the walls. This is true privacy!
