    "It is a town consisting of many communities. The newer ones are gated. The Latino influence is evident throughout the community. Ever attempt is made to portray a manicured city and it largely succeeds. Was at one time, home for many professional athletes. Changing of the guard underway with most sellers in 20 year old homes that need updating. You have to travel to do major shopping of any nature and restaurants are few."
