We offer 9 -18 month leases, and even short term leases of 3 - 8 months to fit your circumstances (lease terms are subject to availability). Choose from unfurnished or custom furnished apartments, complete with house wares and small appliances.

Our short term furnished apartments are perfect for those in town for a short stay and needing a little bit of extra room. Our suites are tastefully furnished with premium grade furniture. "We need sidewalks in Roanoke county!! Cave spring for sure! Please give us somewhere to walk I have walked on the side of the road for years and had to walk in thorns I think it would help everyone and businesses could get more business with the ability for more people to access them. If people do not have cars sidewalks would be greatly appreciated."

"You see people walking their dogs all the time. Neighbors will occasionally greet them with treats. Some apartment communities will have Doggy Swim Days the last pool day of the season. We love that day,and so do the dogs! ❤"

"You see a lot of people walking their dogs. It’s a pretty safe area for your dog to be in. I’ve never noticed any maltreatment towards dogs here. All of the owners are typically friendly and open. Of course all of the dogs are great dogs. There is plenty of sidewalk space for dog walking as well as grass for the dogs to roam and play in. "
