There are also 2 very nice storage buildings for your tools, equipment, and toys.The home has a nice open feel. It's not fancy but it is very comfortable and very well built. The kitchen and dining area has new laminate flooring. The kitchen has new granite counters with stainless deep sinks. You get plenty of extra storage with a whole wall of extra cabinets and drawers. The large living room has a nice wood stove and a great view of the Sierras. There are 4 very nicely sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets (one with a floor safe) and dual lavs in the bathroom. Off of the living room/kitchen area there is an large additional room with a separate entrance to the patio that would be ideal for an office, game room, hobby area, or even a 5th bedroom.This really is a nice piece of land. The terrain is varied with a nice mix of open and gentle slopes, tree covered areas, and even a seasonal creek. There is plenty of room for additional outbuildings and, with a 35gpm well, plenty of water for additional garden or orchard areas. Plus, you have direct line of sight to Bear Mountain which gives you access to wireless DSL service. Oh, did I mention the views-How about any negative features- This property doesn't have many. It is well built and well maintained. It has a great location in what many consider to be the best area of Squaw Valley. About the only negative might be that the home is a bit on the vanilla side. It doesn't have high cathedral ceilings or lots of extra bells and whistles. It's just a good, solid country home with one heck of a view.Come take a look. The pictures really don't do it justice.
