There is a very strong sense of community on my street, and by far the best neighborhood I have ever lived. The bad part is the city continually clears nearby forest and farm land to add mostly apartments and rentals which drive down property valuse. Those who live outside of my subdivision also use our streets as a cut through and speed through the neighborhood throwing garbage and running stop signs. The city also refuses to improve existing infrastructure, so the schools, roads, and businesses are severely overcrowded. Because of this overcrowding and lack of planning from the city/county, our community has reached its apex and is beginning to decline. As such, we will need to move within the next five years."
