"Itโ€™s a tiny home community. Itโ€™s really cute and maintained well and thereโ€™s a strong sense of community and a lot of community activities. "
  • Jane P.
"The neighborhood is quiet, lots of tourists during peak seasons though. There are limited sidewalks depending on where you live."
  • Refuge R.
"Great small town kindness with big town amenities. Close to many adventures and fun activities. Mountain Viewโ€™s all around"
  • Michael D.
"The Neighborhood is an excellent community tailored for families and older adults who enjoy easy walking, friendly neighbors, and share similar pastimes. Located near the historic and charming village of Flat Rock NC, the neighborhood is only minutes away from a large public recreation area, a variety of grocery and fuel station, and downtown Hendersonville NC. Flat Rock is about 25 miles directly South of Asheville NC. Residents are minutes away from I-26, and Asheville airport is less then 20 minutes away."
  • Mrs S.
"Great save location. Close to everything. Great for any kind of family. Private circular loop great for exercising."
  • SRGLeaf
"Beautiful neighborhood with lots of character. Close enough to everything, but still "away" from the hustle & bustle of businesses. Decent golf course nearly across the street. Very peaceful place."
  • annapurnaheight
"Kenmure is definitely not for "outdoor" people except golfers. There are no walking trails at all --- just cement golf-cart strips. Large number of short-stay vacation rentals yields 'motel-strip' atmosphere in many Kenmure areas. Need to drive into Flat Rock for usable parks, decent restaurants, etc. OK for retirees who golf frequently or who stay indoors or who want to sit around "country club" and 'socialize'. Constant high-intensity traffic on main roads to condos (e.g., Overlook) and clubhouse."
  • Mhart44
"We are an active community close the shopping, airports and majoy highways. Kenmure is a private golf club with tennis golf, health club, swimming. Walking trails are near, surrounded by mountains, the beauty is everywhere. It is a great place to live and meet new friends just to enjoy live. "
  • Laurie M. H.
"I live here it is a beautiful area with lots to do and very friendly people."
