"There’s plenty of good parks. There’s plenty of good dog parts too as well. There is still some homeless people that stay around getting off the bus. The HOA is very high over here. They’re always doing construction on the streets that seem like they have nothing wrong with them instead of fixing the streets that do need something fixed traffic is pretty busy over here. Some neighbors mind their business some don’t frequent car accidents, almost quiet area, though love and favor that it’s quiet lots of dogs over here, but people are not as friendly with letting their dogs meet other dogs plenty of food places, but you’ll get tired at the same ones over and over great access to all freeways."

"There is always people walking their dogs or going for a run as well as people on their bikes. There are a few groups that do activities with the community. Local shops are not far are at a good walking distance. "

"There are many dog owners in my neighborhood. It is a friendly place for dogs and their owners. There is a landscaped and lit canal walking trail. "

"Halloween and holidays for kids are always very engaged by the neighborhood, and well attended. Great place for families and kids. "

"Blacklight’s at night will make the scorpions fluoresce. The weather and lifestyle is fantastic…and the summer monsoons are powerful and exciting."

"I have easy access to two freeways so commuting is easy. Street traffic is never heavy since only ppl that live here are here due to the neighborhoods location"
