Very spacious guest bedroom across the hall from renovated bathroom! $1950 security deposit. $350 flat monthly rate for electricity, trash, recycling, water, sewer, and internet!

Tenants responsible for cleanliness of the back patio. Electric, Water, Trash, Recycling, Sewer, and Internet are a flat monthly rate of $350! I have two dogs (not huge ones) and two young kids and we live in the attached converted carport. I try to be a good neighbor, we are friendly, and will certainly respect your space and privacy.
