The home is located on a large lot in Cliffview Estates on a quiet family friendly deadend street.

The rent $700.00 must be posted in my bank account by the 1st of each month (NO CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED) only electronic deposits accepted. If not received by the 1st of the month, a $50.00 late fee will be charged. After two weeks of no payment you will vacate the propety or be evicted. A security deposit of $700 and 1st months rent is due when rental agreement is signed. There is a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit. Renters are responsible for yard maintance, utilites: electric, water, gas and trash. Renters can choose to purchase personal property insurance.
