Giant pool, fenced yard with a little garden, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Quiet area surrounded by tall pines and grass and walking paths. Students and families welcome. Great location in Tempe! Walk to everything from dining to grocery, gyms, ice cream and coffee shops. New Aldi store and Sprouts across the street. On the free Tempe shuttle line and main bus line. Walk to grade school and high school. Bike to ASU or MCC or take the free shuttle.
House is large and rooms are good sized, with master being very large. 2 rooms look out onto the pune trees.
Washer and dryer in house, stainless dishwasher as well. There are 2 refrigerators if you like. Eat in dining room and living room looks out onto a mini park with tall pine trees and grass. End unit so its very private. Grassy areas throughout with walking paths and benches to sit. Beautiful, well kept Olympic sized swimming pool. Utilities stay super low here. Newer energy efficient AC. Tenant pays electric.
Covered parking with additional spaces right behind.
Fenced back yard with plants and garden space. Tile and wood throughout the home. Good sized rooms and three bathrooms.
Island in kitchen with glass stove top and wall oven. Lots of food storage, pantry space and linen closets. Good sized living room looks out onto pine trees and grass. Very peaceful. Washer and dryer are landlord maintained and are included.

No credit check! Great neighborhood. Hoa is relaxed and in general a fantastic place to live! Deposit can be pro rated out if needed over 3 months if needed. NO APPLICATION FEES! No credit checks! Just decent folks.
