Beautiful, well kept Olympic sized swimming pool. Utilities stay super low here. Newer energy efficient AC. Tenant pays only electric. Water and trash are included in rent.
Covered parking with additional spaces right behind.
Fenced yard with plants and garden space. Tile and wood throughout the home. Good sized bedrooms rooms and three bathrooms. Master is very large and has private bathroom.
Island in kitchen with glass stove top and wall oven, and 2 refrigerators if needed. Lots of food storage, pantry space and linen closets. Good sized living room looks out onto pine trees and grass. Very peaceful. Washer and dryer are landlord maintained.

No credit check! Great neighborhood. Hoa is relaxed and in general a fantastic place to live! 100 for split of hoa fee covers all amenities. Deposit can be pro rated out if needed over 3 months if needed. NO APPLICATION FEES!
Fenced backyard, but unless you have folks at home during the day it is really not set up for large breed dogs. Cats are welcome with no deposit. Small and medium dogs welcome with 250 refundable deposit. All deposits are refundable.

Partial utilities included! Water, trash, HOA fees included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electric (new Air conditioner 2023). Tenant is responsible for upkeep of backyard area with plants and is welcome to garden as much as they like.
Landlord is great with any repairs and responds quickly to needs, but changing of ac filters, bulbs and simple items such as changing batteries in fire alarms will be Tenant responsibility. Landlord provides filters and covers cost of batteries. Lease is 1 year and tenant will keep home showable toward end of lease. Longer than 1 year lease is welcome. Pets considered but is not set up for large dogs. No deposit for cats or reptiles but dogs will be 250, fully refundable.
Fish tanks to stay on bottom story.

    " Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
