"We have lived here 3 years. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. We've not experienced any theft or nasty neighbors. This is a pretty close knit community."

"It's on the very edge of Des Moines. Between Altoona and Pleasant Hill, in the SE Polk school district.Super quiet and drama free! Most of the neighbors are friendly and will wave or chat."
