It is directly next to loop 306, so traveling to the other side of town is quick as well. I love living over here because I'm not far from anything. My neighbors are always friendly and willing to talk, and I don't ever worry about my mail or packages being stolen. There are new homes being built in this area that are affordable for new families, and many older homes are being remodeled. Most of the lots have large front and back yards, so we have room for our dogs and a place to build a shop."
