We also have additional services such as free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, online resident services with bill pay, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Flexible lease terms are also available for you. Reserved parking are also available to rent.

Our one and two bedroom apartments for rent include washer and dryer, outside storage on your private patio/ balcony and wood burning fireplaces. Our apartments all have 9 foot high ceilings, walk- in/ through closet, and large kitchens with pantry makes for easy living in your new apartment home. Our residents have easy access to interstate 495, 95 and the new inter-county connector MD Route 200 for a convenient commute to Baltimore and Washington DC.

Residents are responsible for paying their electric and water bills. We also do require our residents to have renters insurance for their apartment. We are a pet friendly community and do accept both cats and dogs (breed restrictions apply). We do not have pet rent and only one-time fully refundable pet deposit.

Our community is an entire 2 blocks can be seen right off Briggs Chaney road and Aston Manor dr. So relax your mind and unwind at Hampton point Apartment homes. In the same token packages have been delivered to me in error and I am happy to deliver them to its rightful owner. I do think it’s correct to say we do look out for each other and are always looking out for each others children to make sure they are safe. "

    "Although I don’t depend on public information the commute is quite average. Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
