This is an amazing affordable option for those travelers who are looking for a different experience to the city. The Bronx has such a unique vibe, especially this area which was until recently predominately factory buildings.

The area itself is very quiet which is nice in New York. However you are moments away from Harlem and the city. The neighborhood it is super safe and laid back.
There are a few good restaurants in the area.
