    Description

For those seeking an off grid property with 360 mountain views, close to Kingman (less than 8 miles from Kingman) yet far enough way, this 2.13 acre vacant land parcel may work as it is horse friendly without CCRs or an HOA. As the parcel is fairly flat and level to the street makes access easier. Imagine wintering in your RV with NW AZ warmer climate compared to those cold howling winter winds, BRR, and all that snow! Take a drive by this parcel and see if it fits your needs. PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW GPS. The directions provided work well with street friendly dirt roads. Just drive slowly.

"my neighborhood is well maintained. there are stores nearby and good job opportunities. also there are sports available for children."
    • Cynthia T.
"I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
    • Edie I.

"Dog owners like seeing multiple people walking their dogs in the neighborhood. Dog owners don't like walking their pets and being bothered by people on drugs causing commotion with others. "
