  • Minh Le
"great neighborhood and lots of friendly neighbors. Packages left in front doors are safe. Wish there is more good food around."
  • Minh Le
"One of the best place to live in Tennessee, great for hiking and beautiful view in the evening. For restaurant Circa is one of our favorite "
  • Cmkish10
"Movie nights, holiday decorating contest, pool parties, friendly neighbors who look out for each other."
  • Adam H.
"All the neighborhoods connect for the most part. There are many parks in the area as well as many other dog and pet owners. There is a leash law and itโ€™s good for everyone to include other dog owners. "
  • Mari
"Very beautiful area. Quiet and peaceful. Everyone maintains their property well. Very friendly neighbors. Country setting at its finest!!!"
  • Mari
"People walk their dogs with a leash on. Very respectful. They all clean up after the dogs. There isnโ€™t any sidewalks. Most people just walk on the street. There are quite a few dogs that live in the neighborhood, but they are all inside dogs. "
  • Adam Hull
"Great neighborhood, great parks, great environment, great people, great schools, great commute to Nashville! Why not live here!"
  • Musicandstage
"friendly neighborhood Convenient to everything schools are great best hoa in the area And very safe Part of town"
  • Rachel
"Lived here since 2015, and the neighborhood is great. Location close to highways, shopping close, schools close, and retail coming to the entrance in the fall."
  • Stephanie Ritch
"Not much. Houses are way too close together and no one respects private property or the HOA guidelines. Could be really nice but needs work."
  • Tstephenson0720
"Donโ€™t commute anymore. Before I worked in Nashville and commute was horrible. 2 lane hwy through town is not enough "
  • Sheyla Z.
"My neighborhood is calm and homie, it offers different options for shopping and restaurants. It is perfect if you work from home. However if you need to go north, take I-65 or 840, you will need to add at least 15 minutes to your route depending on the time of the day."
  • Cyndybellelittle
"I have lived here for 20 years. I live on the cul-de-sac and enjoy fences on 3 sides. I miss the neighbors we used to have in the beginning. They were friendlier more like family. The newer ones are kind of self-centered and preoccupied. I suppose because they are working all the time. My children are grown so our interests are different. I like natural gardening and am careful about the environment. My new neighbors poison the overgrowth and thereby the wildlife. They are absorbed in Church but do not consider the earth. "
  • Cyndybellelittle
"We are convenient to stores. Our mail carrier is very nice. It is a good neighborhood to walk in. The yards are fairly neat. "
  • David H.
"Easy commute to Nashville. Quiet and safe neighborhood"
