One owner custom built home. Nice sized three bedrooms and two full baths. One of which has large walk in shower. Cedar siding. 2nd kitchen in basement. Gas dryer hook up. Private well. Lots of built-in shelves in basement all will remain. 2 car detached garage. Extra outbuilding (with power) as well as a gazebo. Very private location. Zoned agricultural. Hard wired generator will stay. Oak kitchen cabinets. Basement has poured concrete walls. Laundry is in open area in unfinished area of the basement, system required me to list room size, but there are no walls separating the area. Lots of fruit trees.
