Room #4 - RENTED. $660mo. Balcony room. Queen bed, chest of drawers, night table, lamp, chair, 2 closets, sliding glass doors, nice balcony. Older TV with converter box, entertainment center (maybe be used for more clothes storage)
Room #5. RENTED. $775mo. Converted Florida Room. Half the room is a bedroom area, other half is a living room area. Queen bed, armoire, dresser, chair, night table, 3 lamps, loveseat, 3 living room tables. Tv is not furnished. Separate entrance and covered parking space.
All bedrooms have their own locks.

Electric, water, internet, Wifi, Trash & Recycling and yard maintenance is included in your rent. Bed, bath & kitchen linens are furnished. 2 refrigerators on the premises, washerdryer, all cookware and dishware furnished. 42" plasma TV with Netflix in the living room. You may bring your own TV for your room. No cable hookup at this residence. 2 refrigerators on the premises. Guys are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, I take care of the rest, including household linens. I charge an additional $5.00mo. Supply fund fee that pays for toilet tissue, dish soap, napkins, hand soap, and trash bags.

No pets, no kids and no one in the bedroom but the tenant. My insurance will not cover anyone else.
Contract: 7-months, then month-to-month. There will be no penalty for breaking the contract if there is a significant change in your circumstances before the 7 months is up. All I ask is 7 days notice prior to you leaving.
(My contract is 7 months due to the City of Jacksonville charging 12% tax on contracts 6 months or less. I had to list the lease as 1 year due to Zillow not having a 7 month option.)
