The backyard has a high-fence, that surrounds the property and has a large therapeutic raised bed garden that is ready for planting and growing your own organic vegetables. The property also has a chicken coop, for anyone that likes farm fresh eggs.
You have two decks to chose from, to sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or, just sit back and relax.
A workshop is located under the top balcony and has a tuff shed that sits between the garden and chicken coop.
If you must connect to the rest of the world, internet and cable connectivity is readily available.

Tenant is responsible for all utility deposits and payments, maintaining the yard (limited to grass cutting, leaf raking, and edging). Tenant will pay the last month rent payment at signing. No smoking is allowed. Up to two small pets are permitted with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for each pet. The tenant understands that a septic tank is use, and requires care. The tenant will be responsible to pay for repairs due to negligence or misuse to include but not limited to: Clogged drains due to disposal of non-flushable items (example: Baby Wipes, Tampons, Sanitary Napkins, Plastic Utensils, Toys, etc). The tenant will be responsible to maintain and water the lawn as applicable, and replace lightbulbs. The tenant will accept responsibility to turn off the water going to the garden (using the cutoff located on the top deck) and drain remaining water in exterior pipes. The tenant will cover all exposed exterior bibs, and drip interior water faucets prior to freezing weather. The tenant will be responsible for the cleaning of the chimney, by a professional, and provide receipt as evidence prior to vacating the home at the end of the lease. The tenant agrees to place and use the grill on the lower deck, or on the ground and assumes responsibility for any fire or smoke damage. Tenant agrees that no trailers, boats, campers or vehicles will be parked on the lawn. No major vehicle repairs will be done on premises. In case of major water leak, the tenant will be responsible to know the location of the water cutoff, and close the valve to minimize damage. Tenant will maintain the raised bed garden, and comply with city ordinance if they elect to raise chickens.
Landlord or representative will be responsible for changing air filters, water filters, tree trimming, hedge trimming, painting, and any major modifications or repairs.

    "There are way too many vehicles per household. The street is generally crowded. Also, several residents let their pets run loose, unattended from time to time. Other than that it’s a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I do know are all friendly. Being an affordable neighborhood for renters, we do see the occasional... unwanted neighbor now and then. Fortunately, they don’t last long. The home owners association acts quickly when a resident is deemed a nuisance. I enjoy living in this small town. If it weren’t from being so far away from my employer, I would consider making this town my permanent home."
