 This gated community has NO speed bumps, It does have a nice clubhouse with activities, swimming pool, spa, putt putt golf, BBQ area and a shuffleboard area.
 This is an excellent opportunity for two adults one of which must be 55+ but the other can be younger. Whether your snowbirds or fulltimers where else can you find living quarters such as this for less than 300 a month per person with minimal investment. Personal items have now been partially removed. Remaining items are negotiable. Cons: the unit has no central air but has two 220 volt through the wall a/c units. The one in the AZ room is an a/c heat combo. There is new ceiling ducts already installed in preparation for central air. The master bathroom needs updating thus WE WILL CONSIDER ALL SERIOUS OFFERS. For those who are handy or able to contract some minor work this place is a bargain. The park managers have the key for viewing.
