Newly renovated pool area with new lounges, new wicker patio furniture with very comfortable cushions, a new built in BBQ, fire pit and solar heated pool, and 10 ft long bar (not stocked - sorry). The Pacific Crest Apartments are widely known as the place to be in Encinitas. Walk to over 30+ restaurants, pubs, yoga studios and the SRF within 5 minutes. You are not a number here as we only have 21 units, and the people who live here are wonderful. We also have a central laundry facility with Speed Queen Washers and Dryers. Watch the whales, dolphins, and sea lions play from our deck while doing yoga. See some of the most amazing sunsets. Bath and Kitchen Renovated in the early 2000's, but got new updates over the last few years - like new counters and newly refinished cabinetry. The apartments come with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove (gas), full sized closets with mirrored doors in both bedrooms, newly refinished cabinets in kitchen and bath, and new granite counters. Gotta love that deep Espresso color against the granite! We are a pet friendly property sitting directly next to the I street Overlook mini-park, which the dogs love. Small additional rent for pets, and some breed and noise restrictions on dogs. At $3195 a month it is a great deal for the neighborhood and a heck of a lot cheaper than paying a mortgage on a similar sized condo in the area. Don't delay, these units typically go fast, and we would love to have you as our newest Resident. Come join the fun. If you want to read our reviews please look us up on Yelp.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
