Excellent staff, fun learning environment, And all around great school.

Not a very good school. The student experience is overwhelmingly boring, and many teachers are awful. There are a few great, caring teachers, but they are entirely overshadowed by the bad ones. The school has almost no electives that aren't art classes, and they are taught by teachers who don't care.

This school is the worst school imaginable people say Island Coast is bad it's nothing compared to this school most teachers do not care about you or treat you with any respect whatsoever I had a teacher arguing with me because I simply asked a kid if we had a sub and they said yes and I was happy but not in a overly way because any kid would be happy for a sub day and someone told on me and she said in a very rude way "do you have anything to say to my face" and I walked away and she yelled back "so you don't have anything to say to my face" as if she's trying to fight me. The students their are very disrespectful I had a kid who I thought was my friend make a post calling me the r word behind my back reported it to the school and they had nothing to say or do about it they didn't even punish him. Overall teachers disrespectful students disrespectful most teachers don't do their job at all or we'll just go to any other school around town.

Quisiera expresar en estos momentos todo lo que siento pero me es imposible . Mi hija comenzó la escuela en primer grado en este lugar el año lo perdió porque al final del año me di cuenta que la niña no sabía ni el alfabeto porque sencillamente no hicieron el trabajo que requería no marcaron precisamente las dificultades que tenía la niña . Al siguiente año pasó con la misma maestra la cual tengo los correos todavía de las veces que le pedí que me ayudara con una opción de un maestro pago. La pusieron al lado de una niña hispana también y no sabía nada de inglés al año y al segundo año fue igual hasta que yo tuve que pedirle a la maestra que ella necesitaba tener al lado niños con el inglés para verse obligada a aprender . Estos maestros no se dan cuenta de lo que deben hacer en el momento para que el niño avance . Jamás me mencionaron que existían los tutores en tiempo de verano por lo que le dió lo mismo lo que le escribía en los correos cuando soy yo la madre y se las deficiencias de mi hija porque le preguntábamos cosas y veíamos que no sabía responder . Pasó para tercer grado sin estar preparada y nunca me explicaron que existían tutores . Y no estamos hablando de una niña con problemas mentales estamos hablando de una niña con otro idioma que no tuvo la enseñanza adecuada para su deficiencia que era la aprender a leer y escribir y que sin eso no iba a poder lograr desempeñar las demás asignaturas porque no iba a comprender lo que le pedían . Me siento tan mal de no haberla cambiado antes que no puedo ni expresarlo alguien me mencionó que la cambiara y no lo hice y ahora me siento culpable pero buscó las opiniones en Google y están desactivadas . Solo el que tiene hijos sabe lo que están el dolor de no haber hecho todo lo posible . Pero evidentemente cuando vienes de otro país y no conoces como es el aprendizaje de aquí cuesta mucho trabajo saber cómo puedes ayudar al niño . Es triste

By far, the best elementary school in the county. The principal is the best and goes above and beyond for not only her students but her staff as well. It is absolutely amazing to see the connections that are made at this school. The staff members put their 100% effort into their students. The ESE department is simply the best, as they do anything they can to support and teach their students. The whole school is one big family that puts its whole heart out there.

this school is bad dont take your kids here they lie on your kids name because they know your going to believe them they lied and said i tried to throw a chair at a student when all i did we grab a chair then they do nothing to make the situation better all they do is put you in a room with your friends and tell you not to talk and then when you talk all they do is tell you to shut up or go to another room then they call your parents and made up a whole lie they told my mom i marked up a student and all i did was grab them this school is not a good school

Muy mala ,nunca atienden a los padres ,y tratan muy mal a los padres de los estudiantes cuando les piden cualquier información, son muy racistas, y tienen muy mala actitud en todo y sus profesores son muy malos.

The teachers are very good, (some), the teaching is very good and as a Spanish-speaking student I have learned and the teachers have helped me a lot. As for the bosses as the main ones have a difficult character, what I didn't like was that they care more about reputation and image instead of making students feel good, too many rules and some nonsense. But as a graduate student from there I recommend it, at least you can deal with that problem, I'm just telling you that as a student focus on your things and never stop believing in yourself.

My daughter and I we choice this school after view all the benefit the provide on the web site and after see the wonder presentation the do on the open house. They promise many activities after school like art and other .We choice this school for be last step to college, my daughter was exited with this school ,in my house me and my wife we have really good fait on this academy and all the promise the offer BUTAfter first three month we star see the reality inside the school the routine my daughter has ever school day.Stress was at first think we noticed and my wife and me we sink the my be is normal but never endsOn second quarter everything change drastically bulling was the big concern and we can see any improved My daughter tell me they do same to other kids on the lunch time and in class (remember this are kids and there learning )She keep tell me the problems there are on the school fight, kids with criminals record ( you fine on the news BUT never on the school) and so on For all this nothing was informed to me or wife and nothing look is done the remedy the problem just keep HIDDen.I don’t Recommended this school at all ..

I am totally and completely disgusted by my experience today at the school. I have an exchange student that attends this school. Her parents came from Korea and just wanted to see the school she attended. We asked security and was told to park and enter. We went in theOffice. I explained to the lady at the front desk and tried to introduce her to the students family. She was so rude. She didn't smile or say hello and looked at all of us as if we were inconveniencing her. It was embarrassing to me. She should be ashamed of her behavior. I also explained the reason the student had been out of school because her family was visiting. She asked me do want to speak to a counselor?I said no we just stopped by to show the family the school. We didn't ask for a tour or we were not there to bother anyone. This school should be proud to have these students and you people in the office are the face of this school. If you cant smile and welcome people you shouldn't be there.
