The second bedroom is on the second floor with a half bath. Plenty of glass makes this house very bright and sunny. Heat and cool is with a heat pump, and this house is very easy to heat with 6 inch walls. A 2 car garage is under the front with the rest of the basement, 20 foot by 25 foot, is unfinished. A 12 by 20 foot shed also for storage. A wraparound deck is 520 square feet. The yard is 3.46 acres with plenty of room for horses and a barn, maybe an in-ground pool. There is a small wooded area to the side. This home is set back from the road about 250 feet and is very private, quiet and peaceful. Speedwell Lake is only ½ mile from the back yard. The house and shed are both tongue and grooved cedar. About 5 miles from the beautiful town of Lititz, also about 5 miles from Manheim. 501, 322, and the turnpike are only a couple miles away. The house roof was replaced September 2025.
