Good performance art at local theaters (Kihilo and Parker School). SlackKey Guitar, singing, hula, etc. Home to two world class telescopes. Good public library, a brewery, bike shop, surf shop, bakery, good food stores, newer private hospital. Great farmers markets. (this is the salad bowl of Hawaii). 15 minutes to world best beaches and World class resorts of the Kohala Coast."
