As a current student of this school the teachers are very helpful by making sure me and my fellow students understand each concept we learn in classroom this school also holds many family nights were you can watch movies, play games, eat food, etc. The teachers and staff also do an amazing job at making sure the students feel safe and are safe during the event of an emergency the school does test drills frequently to ensure students will know what to do in the case of an emergency. The school offers many different sports for students to join and also a band program. The school provides a safe and positive learning environment making it a great place for students to enjoy learning

Lack of electives for students to join. It's either choir, football or another sport or you're going to be considered outcast. I took advanced courses and knew NOTHING about the ACT that was required to take prior to college until the last time the test was offered. I personally did not feel like they prepared students enough for college unless you were part of the select few 'special' students. Extremely clique oriented within the school and outside of the school with the community. They either know you/your family or they don't.

The staff seems sexist against single fathers and places all their focus when it comes to any and all communication toward the Mother of the child. When I the father have inquired on several issues, I was told to talk to my child's Mother as everything had been explained to her. I hold joint custody of my son, but the way I am treated by staff, it is as though it is a need to know basis and a father doesn't need to know.
