"There are many community events when I’m indifferent to most of them. There are many community events and I am in different to most of them."
  • Kayla Amaral
"Lots of people walk their dogs here but it seems even though there are poop bag/trash cans around no one can pick up their dogs poop its very annoying "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a nice safe community and believe all will love it. Especially if you have kids. It’s a great community for parents "
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 35 years. Raise two kids with the help of a fabulous school system. The only real problem I have to complain about is Irvine Ranch Water District and their rates. Water is astronomical, we’ve all cut back crazily. And the city of Irvine just continues to add hundreds of homes every year. Doesn’t make any sense to me if we’re running out of water that they’re adding more homes to Orange County let alone Irvine."
  • Trulia User
"One of the fairly oldest and diverse communities in Irvine. Mostly families, nice neighbors and keep to their own business :)"
  • Trulia User
"Close to 405, 55, and 5 freeways. Good schools and walkable. Commute to LA 1 hour. Commute to San Diego 1.5 hours. Commute Beaches 30-30 min. Commute to inland empire 45-60 minutes."
  • Fnedast11
"Everything is good here Schools are great , stores, university , colleges, many malls around, one of the safest places to stay in Southern Cal Airport nearby too"
  • Kjsunnydays
"Unique yes my neighborhood is very unique. Everyone who lives in our community are seniors. We have a great deal in common, life experiences and our diversity makes each of us unique. Since we all live in close quarters, we all look out for each other. It’s really a wonderful place to call home. "
  • Kjsunnydays
"The Meadows is a over 55 manufactured home community. Everyone is very friendly and the grounds are immaculate."
  • Phoofee
"My dog has made many doggy friends & is always eager to play with her friends. The community has what I would refer to as a doggy subculture since the dog's owners also develope friendships of their own. This is a very dog friendly community with lots of walking areas - both sidewalks & tons of community greenbelt areas to enjoy. Since the HOA provides doggie bags, clean & sanitary common grounds are promoted which all residents appreciate. "
  • Gailgetsemail
"Peaceful, clean and family friendly. Greentree is a great place to live and raise kids. Great schools too. "
  • Phillip W.
"The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a beautiful park, community pool and club house, lush landscaping, and easy access to both the 5 and 405 freeways."
  • Stacee L. M.
"I grew up on Loma and went to Greentree Elementary School. I couldn't have asked for a safer child hood. Perfect for families, dog walks and safe night sleeps. "
