About this House

This is a really awesome house. Super close to all the trails at Bent Creek and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Fully furnished and all utilities paid, including high speed internet. Exclusive access to the main level but the laundry in the basement would be a shared area. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. I was going to do vacation rental but decided that I would do a short lease term instead. It sits on a rolling hill and has a view. It is not fenced. Please no drive-by's at this time, thank you.

no long term lease available, not approved for section 8 and will not accept due to the short term nature of the lease. first month and security deposit up front.

    "Great dog parks around and the Arboretum is wonderful but past that not a lot of great places to walk the doggos. All main roads or narrow two lanes and no sidewalks. Arden is a pile of Walmarts and strip malls with some houses and apartments jammed in between parking lots. "
