Then we toured Housatonic and were delighted with the beauty of the school, the engaging teachers and staff. We chose Housatonic and our 3 children are taking all Honors classes, participate in 3 sports, where the teams are supportive and encouraging. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe bullying is atrocious. It is swept under the rug due to the children having some relations to teachers and bored of education. The communication between parents and teachers is very lack concerning this type of behavior. When a verbal or physical altracation takes place between students the parent is NOT notified. I am very disappointed. Don't recommend this school. E-k and Kindergarden teachers are great. That's the only positive attribute about the school I can think of. "We have close access to train to NYC. Close to NewYork and Massachusetts. Three airports are within two hours drive time. Farmers markets three big small nes within 45 minutes. "
